Who you are buying from

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order
by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable, or a price is shown wrongly
because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include Estonian VAT. The price shown on the product
page is the price you pay; delivery is added at checkout according to the
shipping policy. Prices may change, but never after your order is confirmed.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We never see or store
your full card details.

Delivery

As set out in the shipping policy: Sent from Estonia.

Changing your mind, and faulty goods

As set out in the return and refund policy: 14 days to withdraw. More details in return and refund policy page.

Our liability

We are liable for damage caused by our breach of the contract to the extent
required by Estonian law. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a
consumer.

What applies

Estonian law applies. Disputes we cannot settle between us may be taken to the
Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory
Authority (info@ttja.ee), or to Harju County Court.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you order is the version
that applies to your order.
