Shipping policy

How long it takes

Most of our products are in stock in Estonia. Those orders leave us within 2
business days and reach you in 2-5 business days inside Estonia, or 3-8 business
days elsewhere in the European Union. Outside the European Union, allow 7-15
business days.

If an item is not in stock when you order it, we bring it in first. That takes
longer - up to about 4 weeks in total. We write to you as soon as we know, and
if that is too long for you, you can cancel and get your money back in full.

Where orders ship from

Orders are packed and sent from Estonia.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. If the
tracking has not moved for more than seven days, write to us and we will chase
it or send a replacement.

If it does not arrive

If an order has not reached you within 45 days of ordering, contact us and you
can choose a replacement or a full refund.

Customs

Within the European Union there is nothing extra to pay. Outside the EU, local
customs duty or import VAT may be charged on delivery and is the recipient's
responsibility.
